Loomal (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the loomal.ai website and the Loomal agentic commerce platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.

2. Information we collect

Account information: when you create an account, we collect your email, name, and organization details.

Usage data: how you interact with the console and API — request logs, timestamps, and feature usage.

Payment metadata: for the sales you accept — amounts, timestamps, the resource or product, the payer's wallet, and the on-chain transaction hash — to settle payments and produce signed receipts.

Hosted content: files or JSON you upload to hosted endpoints, which we store and serve to paying agents on your behalf.

Wallets: each project is backed by a non-custodial smart wallet on Base. Signing keys are encrypted at rest and Loomal acts only as a relayer.

3. How we use your information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Process and settle payments and produce signed receipts.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Communicate with you about your account and the Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. On-chain data is public

Payments settle on the Base blockchain. Transaction details — including wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps — are recorded on a public ledger that we do not control and cannot delete. Do not treat on-chain data as private.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Service providers and payment facilitators that help operate the Services.
  • The Base network, for on-chain settlement (see above).
  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Data retention

We retain account, usage, and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive material at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them. Note that on-chain records cannot be deleted.
